How\nto book a tour?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

On\nthe home page, just go to the \"reservations\" tab and select\na free date. <\/p>\n

How\nlong does the tour take?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

Visiting\nthe invisible zone takes about 50-60 minutes. Additionally, for\nwalking around in the visible zone you should reserve a maximum of\n1.5 hour. <\/p>\n

I\nhave an appointment at 3 o'clock: What time should I come?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

You\nmust arrive 15 minutes earlier (2:45 pm). This is the time to\nintroduce, explain the rules, leave personal belongings in the\ndeposit box. <\/p>\n

How\nto find you?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

We\nrecommend that you go to the home page, in the \"contact\"\ntab and see a pictorial photo of the building in which BLACK WORLD is\nlocated. The current address and contact number are also provided\nthere . <\/p>\n

How\nmany people does the group of visitors consist of?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

The\ngroup may consist of 8 participants. For safety reasons and for\nmoving in the dark area it gets a bit crowded with more people. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Can\nI go in alone?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

Unfortunately,\nthis is not possible. Visiting invisible part of BW is possible only\nwith a Guide. <\/p>\n

What\nlanguages \u200b\u200bare available in BLACK WORLD?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

After\nbooking in advance, we mainly run English-speaking groups, but we\nwill try to meet the expectations of our foreign guests. Please\ncontact us to book the other language tour. <\/p>\n

Can\nI visit BW without prior reservation?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

You\ncan, but it involves the risk that there will be no vacancies in the\ngroups and you will have to wait a long time or book an entrance for\nanother day. That is why we advise you to book your visit in advance\nonline or by phone. <\/p>\n

What\ncurrency can I pay in?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

In\nPLN and euro - we are always prepared to welcome foreigners, but the\nchange will be given back in PLN! <\/p>\n

How\ncan I pay?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

You\ncan pay in cash or by credit card in the ticket office or pay by bank\ntransfer via booking site <\/p>\n

Do\nyou sell gift cards and vouchers?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

Of\ncourse! If you want to give someone a gift and a voucher GIFT TICKET\n- for entry to BLACK WORLD, it is possible! The recipient receives a\nspecial invitation exchangeable for tickets at the BLACK WORLD ticket\noffice. (see the \"buy a ticket\" tab) <\/p>\n

What\nclothes should I wear?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

As\nconvenient as possible. As the tour takes place in the darkness,\nplease wear clothes that do not constrain your movements. We\nencourage you to wear shoes with low heels. <\/p>\n

Can\nchildren participate in the visiting?<\/b><\/u>\n <\/h2>\n

The\nminimum age of visitors is 9 years-olds, but we allow to get in\nchildren a little younger only under parental supervision. Due to the\ngreat emotions accompanying during the visit, we recommend over 9\nyear-olds. <\/p>\n
