Unfortunately, this is not possible. Visiting invisible part of BW is possible only with a Guide.

What languages ​​are available in BLACK WORLD?

After booking in advance, we mainly run English-speaking groups, but we will try to meet the expectations of our foreign guests. Please contact us to book the other language tour.

Can I visit BW without prior reservation?

You can, but it involves the risk that there will be no vacancies in the groups and you will have to wait a long time or book an entrance for another day. That is why we advise you to book your visit in advance online or by phone.

What currency can I pay in?

In PLN and euro - we are always prepared to welcome foreigners, but the change will be given back in PLN!

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash or by credit card in the ticket office or pay by bank transfer via booking site

Do you sell gift cards and vouchers?

Of course! If you want to give someone a gift and a voucher GIFT TICKET - for entry to BLACK WORLD, it is possible! The recipient receives a special invitation exchangeable for tickets at the BLACK WORLD ticket office. (see the "buy a ticket" tab)

What clothes should I wear?

As convenient as possible. As the tour takes place in the darkness, please wear clothes that do not constrain your movements. We encourage you to wear shoes with low heels.

Can children participate in the visiting?

The minimum age of visitors is 9 years-olds, but we allow to get in children a little younger only under parental supervision. Due to the great emotions accompanying during the visit, we recommend over 9 year-olds.
